Beste ouders, voogden, opa's en oma's, 

De school van uw kind vindt kunst en cultuur belangrijk als onderdeel van de vakken op school. Daarvoor hebben zij al (enige) jaren het KIDD-programma in huis. Uw kind doet al jaren op school mee aan KIDD: Kunst is Dichterbij dan je Denkt. Daarmee hebben ze Almere leren kennen via kunst en cultuur – op school én op bijzondere plekken in de stad. Van dans, theater en muziek tot erfgoed, architectuur en beeldende kunst. Uw kind heeft met allemaal verschillende kunstdisciplines kennis mogen maken. Afgelopen mei stonden ze zelfs op het podium van de Kleine Zaal in Kunstlinie voor de grote KIDD-afsluiting voor alle groep 8-ers! Voor deze presentatie hebben ze u als ouder uitgenodigd om naar ze te komen kijken en ze aan te moedigen. Dank dat u er was!

Samen met klasgenoten gaven ze een spetterende eindpresentatie, waarin ze lieten zien wat ze hebben geleerd over theater, dans, beeldende kunst of architectuur. Vol trots vertelden ze over hun keuzes: van danspassen tot materiaalgebruik. Sommige kinderen dromen zelfs al van een carrière op het podium of als architect!

Benieuwd wat uw kind allemaal heeft meegemaakt? Vraag ernaar – de kans is groot dat ze u enthousiast kunnen vertellen over hun KIDD-avonturen van de afgelopen jaren.

En: u bent van harte welkom om samen met uw kind (en broertjes of zusjes) naar een voorstelling in Kunstlinie te komen. Wie weet laat uw kind u vol trots het gebouw zien dat inmiddels als vertrouwd voelt!

Uw kind heeft een prachtig diploma ontvangen, als écht Almeers talent.  Daarnaast heeft uw kind ook een kortingscode ontvangen waarmee maar liefst vier voorstellingen met 25% korting bezocht kunnen worden. Hieronder treft u meer informatie aan over deze voorstelling en hoe u deze kunt boeken.

Actievoorwaarden

• Kaarten zijn te koop vanaf 30 mei 2025 via www.kunstlinie.nl/programma
• De korting geldt voor alle kaarten in de bestelling (dus ook voor de volwassenen, broertjes en zusjes).

• Vul de kortingscode KIDDCADEAUTJE in bij het afrekenen van de kaarten.

• De code geldt enkel voor de vier geselecteerde voorstellingen en niet voor het overige aanbod van Kunstlinie.
• De kortingscode wordt aangeboden door Kunstlinie aan de leerlingen die KIDD op school hebben gevolgd.

Dear parents, guardians, grandparents,

Your child’s school values art and culture. That’s why they have been participating in the KIDD program for several years now. KIDD stands for Kunst is Dichterbij dan je Denkt (Art is closer than you think). Through this program, your child has explored Almere in a creative way - both in school and at cultural locations throughout the city. From dance, theater, and music to heritage, architecture, and visual arts - they’ve had the chance to experience a wide range of artistic disciplines.

This past May, they even took the stage at Kunstlinie for the big KIDD finale for which they invited you as their parent to come see them perform. Thank you for being present!

Together with classmates and other schools, they presented an inspiring final performance, showcasing what they learned in theater, dance, visual arts or architecture. They proudly explained their choices — from dance moves to lighting, music or materials. Some even left dreaming of a future on stage or designing homes of their own!

Curious about what your child experienced? Just ask. Chances are, they’ll have plenty to tell you about their KIDD adventure over the past few years.

And: you are warmly invited to visit a performance at Kunstlinie together with your child (and any siblings). Your child might just become your personal guide, proudly showing you around a place that now feels like home!

Your child took part in the final day of KIDD (KIDD-afsluiting) in May 2025 and received a diploma as a new Almere artist in the making. In addition, your child received a discount code that gives you 25% off four selected performances. Below you’ll find more information about the performances and how to book your tickets.
